This is the category we’ve fit into most of our lives.
But it’s also the basic definition of an otter within the gay community.
Join your fellow hairy-chested men (and the non-otter men who admire them) for Dallas Otter Weekend happening August 10-12 at venues around the city.
Events include the kick-off party and Mr. Dallas Otter Weekend at Woody’s, Otters in the Water at SISU Uptown Resort, and the Art/Gear/Clothing Exhibition and main event Woofstock Dance Party at Dallas Eagle. The weekend culminates with a Sunday happy hour at Hidden Door and the Otters Live Closing Party at Marty’s Live.
Unlike most weekends like this, every event features free admission except for the pool party, which has tickets available for $15 this week and $25 next week.
So if you’re ready to swim with otters, dance with otters and maybe adopt a lonely otter for a night or two, you can’t miss next weekend.
That would be an otter shame.
