We have always had the biggest crush on MIKA.
In fact, our husband has granted him as one of our “hall pass” men.
Sure, we have so many hall pass men that it practically counts as an open relationship. Not to mention we have to have a spread sheet of these guys in case one of them ever, you know, somehow ends up in the back seat of our Waymo.
We had the pleasure of seeing MIKA several years ago at an intimate venue in Los Angeles and it was magical being that close to one of the sexiest artists on the planet.
And now, he’s coming to a semi-intimate setting (smaller than a stadium, at least), performing at The Bomb Factory in Deep Ellum on Saturday, May 9, 2026, for a stop on his Spinning Out Tour.
We’ve been listening to his newest album, Hyperlove, on Apple Music on repeat in preparation for the show. And his old stuff’s always on rotation in our playlist.
Tickets start at $60 for standing-room-only admission. Normally, that would be a deterrent, but really, it simply means we can get as close to the stage as possible to gaze up into MIKA’s eyes as he sings to us.
We’re pretty sure our restraining order has expired. Fingers crossed.
