Another June weekend, another Pride celebration!
Dallas Southern Pride (DSP) is the official annual celebration for Black Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Trans, and Queer (LGBTQ) individuals to come together and celebrate who and what they are.
This Saturday (and going into the wee hours of Sunday), Dallas Southern Pride presents the Juneteenth Unity Festival & Pool Party and it’s going to be the highlight of the weekend (and Pride Month) for many.
The event features live performances by Suppabahd and KenTheMan.

But also make plans for a full four days of celebrations, which include a welcome reception, health equity forum, a Houston and New Orleans Invade Dallas party, a glow party, Sunday brunch and The Climax Sunset to end things on a high note in the early hours of Monday morning.
Don’t worry, you’ll be able to rest after all these June Pride events sometime in July.
For now, it’s time to party.
