We haven’t watched American Idol in years.
But sign us up now to watch an elimination-style competition for bartenders (some of our favorite people on the planet).
Starting this Memorial Day Monday at TMC, the live Cocktailed series kicks off at 9:00 p.m. pitting one bartender against another.
This year, it’s a battle among mixmasters at the Caven bars.
Shaking their way toward a $5000 grand prize are Erik & Josh (JR’s Bar & Grill), Donnie & Dre (Station 4), Nicole and Jay (Sue Ellen’s), and Alec and Ling Ling (TMC).
Each Monday the judges will narrow down the competition through multiple rounds until a winner gets chosen on August 5.
It’ll be a drinking good time you won’t want to miss—and a fab way to end the long Memorial Day weekend before heading back to work.
Probably with a hangover.
