Saturday, October 28 this year may be the queerest day of the year by a long shot. With so many events to choose from, it’s going to be hard to cram them all in.
But we have confidence in your ability to multi-task and make it to at least two different events that night.
In addition to Black Tie Dinner and the Halloween Block Party on Cedar Springs Road, it’s also the chance to see Shangela live as Virgin Hotels Dallas presents the Monster Mash Disco.
While she may not show up in full Halloween garb as she did for Dancing with the Stars last year (pictured), we can certainly hope the hilarious and wildly talented entertainer pays tribute to the spooky season.
Tickets start at only $50 for general admission.
VIP tables are $1500 but include seating for 10 guests, as well as two bottles of Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut champagne and a bottle of your choice from a selection that includes Don Julio Blanco Tequila, Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Ketel One Vodka, Bulleit Bourbon, or Crown Royal. So, basically, for $150 per person you can live large and get a few drinks in your belly.
Hell, we’d happily show up in our finest Betty Ford costume and stay completely sober to see Shangela.
And if we decide to drink? Boom! Instant Betty Draper.
