Spring has sprung!
With its bouncy arrival—if you can look past the gusting wind—the temperatures this weekend promise pure perfection.
Sunshine, mild temperatures and plenty of space to dine outdoors await. You’ll need to hop in your car and head to Celina, Texas, though.
That’s where the Texas Tastemakers Festival Presented by H-E-B takes place over six hours this Saturday, March 22.
Located only an hour from DFW, Celina offers small-town charm with the added perk of 15 great restaurants sampling one tasty bite after another.
Participating restaurants this year include Hutchins BBQ, The Nook CKMC, Heyday, Graffiti Pasta, The Wick, The Forge 1912, Granny’s Bakery, The Kolache Shoppe, Wild Fork, OMG Tacos, Tender Smokehouse, Toasted Walnut Table & Market, Texas Roadhouse, Simply Pho House DFW, Papa Gallo’s Mexican Grill, Valley Vines Tasting Room, American Gothic Pizza, Little Wooden Penguin, Deviled Egg Co. and Stella’s Ice Cream.
HEB will also feature a bonus food tent with delicious offerings.
Enjoy tastings from all 15 restaurants for only $45. Or select the option to get food from all 15 spots plus 20 drink samples for $65.
Of course, if you know us, we’re all about the VIP experience. (We blame Anna Delvey)
For $100, you get everything the people with the $65 tickets receive, with added amenities galore. Enjoy access to an exclusive VIP area with premium craft beers, elevated wines (including Wagner, Duckhorn Vineyards and Trinchero Family Estates), additional food options and cocktail tastings.
The Texas Tastemakers Festival lasts from noon to 6:00 p.m., so you can be back in Dallas with your pants unbuttoned on the sofa all before sunset.
