Whether you’ve got a killer chili recipe that’s been passed down for generations or you prefer to taste your way through several bowls of red in one afternoon, head to The Mining Company (TMC) on Saturday.
If you wish to enter TMC’s Chili Cook Off, arrive by 3:00 p.m. to put your name on the competitors’ list. If you wish to dip your spoon into another man’s crock pot (and no, that’s not a euphemism), show up at 4:00 p.m.
Chili cooks will be competing for a $100 cash prize and it’s free to enter. It’s also free to taste!
So come one, come all for a little winter fun on the patio.
