When a celebrity is photographed with a fashion item, we immediately desire it. We learned our lesson the hard way, however, to not wear multiple looks at the same time. Still in twice-weekly therapy to get over the torment we received for our Tammy Faye Eyelashes / Bjork Swan Gown / Cher Headdress ensemble we wore to our grandmother’s funeral back in 1999.
So now we’ve imposed a personal limit of one celebrity-endorsed product per outfit per day. It makes life a lot less complicated. (Our mother cries a lot less, too.)
One of the most high-profile items to grace the sexy bods of Hollywood’s elite (um, Snookie, you’re NOT included in this praise even though you’ve worn one, too) is one of five t-shirts from gay photographer Mike Ruiz’s outrageous new line.
They feature the handsome photographer himself in three styles, but it’s the two with a kinky, Barbie-fied RuPaul that win our vote. Plus, profits go to support the Ali Forney Center, an organization that houses homeless LGBT youth in New York City, a cause we can totally get behind.
Best of all, you don’t have to go online or all the way to Manhattan to purchase one of these great tees. They’re right here at our very own Union Jack. But better get there soon. We’re headed there now to get one for each member of the Mannequin Army we’re setting up in our yard to scare away squirrels. And our Tea Party neighbors.
