You spend a lot of time, effort and creativity on your Halloween costume and we appreciate that. We really do.
But we’re not in a position to reward you for your imagination.
However, tonight you can give your street party costume a second chance to make a great first impression. And hopefully some cash and prizes at some of the big contests taking place at a few of our favorite bars.
First up, the Caven clubs are each holding a preliminary costume contest with registration at Sue Ellen’s, JR’s, TMC or Station 4 at 9:30 p.m. Finalists will be chosen at each venue to move on to the midnight grand finale on the dance floor at S4.
Or if you need a break from the strip, head over to The Grapevine Bar on Maple for The Freaks Come Out Halloween party starting at 8:00 p.m. Their final judging will be around midnight, too, so it might be worth scoping out the other costumes at each place—if you’re the super-competitive type.
It’s always more fun when Halloween falls on a Friday, so make the most of it this year. It won’t happen again until October 31, 2025.
