This month’s Green Tea Ceremony is designed to energize and invigorate. It all starts with a full body dry brush massage, which gets the circulation flowing before being cocooned in a warm embrace of antioxidant-heavy organic Matcha green tea and organic mint.

From there, sea salt and warm green tea enliven the senses. There’s something that feels so wonderful when that tea hits your skin, which is already at a much higher temperature. It all ends with a luxurious Vichy Shower rinse.

Then head back to the locker room or relaxation area to enjoy a hand-shaken Green Matcha Tea Cocktail.
