But we suspect all non-Arrested Development fans will be celebrating tomorrow’s Cinco de Mayo instead.
Either way, you should be serving tequila. It’s the American way.

1.75 oz. Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
.75 oz. Cointreau
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
Egg White
Instructions
Dry Shake, then shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe. Twist an orange peel over the surface and discard.
Pink Panther “La Pantera Rosa”
Ingredients
2 oz. Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
¾ oz. lime juice
½ oz grapefruit juice
½ oz of agave syrup
2 dashes of Orchard Street Celery Shrub
Instructions
Shake with ice and fine strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with 1 oz. Fever Tree Ginger Ale. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Ingredients
2 oz. Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
¾ oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
¾ oz. Lime Juice
¾ oz. Tomatillo Juice
½ oz. Agave Syrup
¼ Seeded Jalapeno
4 oz. Mexican Lager Beer
Instructions
Muddle the jalapeno & agave syrup. Add the rest of the ingredients. Fine strain 2 oz. of the mixture (and reserve the rest) into a kosher salt or sal de gusano rimmed pilsner glass filled with ice. Top with 4 oz. Mexican Lager beer. Garnish with a slice of jalapeno.
San Miguel
Ingredients
2 oz. Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
1 Barspoon of Agave Syrup
2 Dashes of Miracle Mile Celery Bitters
Instructions
Twist a grapefruit peel over the surface of a chilled old-fashioned glass filled with one large cube of ice and reserve the peel. Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with the reserved peel.
