As any transgender, nonbinary or intersex person knows (and those of us who aren’t can imagine)—finding a job can be more challenging than it is for others.
The Human Rights Campaign Foundation and TransCanWork, an organization committed to advancing transgender, gender diverse & intersex workplace inclusion, will host Empower Dallas!, a virtual career fair specifically for transgender and nonbinary job seekers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
It takes place online tomorrow from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Anyone seeking a job should create an account and register for the event. Employers can also register to be a part of the job fair to interview candidates tomorrow.
Everyone has the right to a great job and this represents one more step in the right direction.
