Why Wait ‘Til Cinco To Drinko?

When Cinco de Mayo falls on a weekday, we like to celebrate the weekend before.

And again on the actual day, of course. Because we will latch onto any excuse for a margarita, regardless of the time of day or day of the week.

Tomorrow, however, we have the ultimate margarita experience for you to try. It’s the Harwood District Cinco de Mayo Crawl, covering nine different venues in the Harwood District.

It all starts on the Katy Trail at Tequila Social, then you’ll bounce around to Dolce Riviera, Elephant East, Poco Fiasco, Harwood Arms, Saint Ann, Mercat Bistro and Happiest Hour. At the end of the afternoon, settle in at Te Deseo for a rooftop party that could be the place to stay all night.

Tickets are $25 and include a live mariachi band to accompany you and your fellow crawlers from bar to bar. You’ll get exclusive access to discounted margaritas and tacos at the venues, as well as the chance to shop through a pop-up Mexican street market.

It’s the best possible way to spend Tres de Mayo if you ask us.

Plus, you’ll likely find a favorite margarita to return to enjoy on Monday.

Hell, we encourage you to make Seis de Mayo a thing, too. In celebration of Tequila Tuesday, after all.
