Next Thursday night, RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 16 winner Nymphia Wind and RPDR sister Plastique Tiara bring The Serpents Tour to House of Blues Dallas.
The Taiwanese-American and Vietnamese-American entertainers (respectively) have created a show that draws inspiration from a Chinese folk story about a white snake and green snake, dating back to the 7th century.
Fast forward 1400 years or so and you’ve got an incredible stage production that tackles similar themes of love and adversity from the original.
With a healthy dose of humor and couture glam.
In Dallas, as in all other cities on the tour, local AAPI and LGBTQ+ performers will be featured onstage.
