But if you happen to still have that Friday night free, you’ve gotta block off your calendar for the Hedwig and the Angry Inch 25th Anniversary Movie Tour at the Texas Theatre in Oak Cliff.
Not only will you get to see a 4K screening of the musical masterpiece, creator, director and star John Cameron Mitchell will be in attendance for a live Q&A once the movie’s last credits roll.
If that’s not enough, he’ll be performing a special mini acoustic performance of some of the movie’s biggest hits, composed by Stephen Trask.
And if that’s still not enough, you can add on a meet-and-greet with Mitchell so you can praise his genius in person.
Start planning your costumes, too, because there’ll be a pre-show contest with a variety of prizes.
