Last week, we finally had the opportunity to stay overnight at the Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa.
We didn’t know much more than it’s a big resort.
Like really big.
As in four pools, two golf courses and 13 dining options big.

One dining option in particular is worth the drive alone. It’s the resort’s signature restaurant, Trick Rider, and under the culinary direction of new executive chef John Shaw, everything on the menu exceeds expectations. His outside-the-box creativity makes Trick Rider true event dining, but far from gimmicky in execution.
Elsewhere around the resort, oh, there’s this whole golf thing if you enjoy hitting the links. In addition to the two championship golf courses and four pools (including one for adults only), make time to enjoy the full-service Mokara Spa, as well as the multi-venue PGA District.

You truly never need to leave the property.
Especially next weekend when the SAVOR Food + Drink + Golf + Music Festival takes over the resort from April 30 through May 3 with multiple culinary and cocktail tasting events, including the Grand Tasting.

Because if you hit food festivals the way we hit food festivals, you’re gonna want to spend the night.
And maybe spend several hours the next morning recouperating at the spa.
