What’s your go-to karaoke song?
If you answered that quickly, you likely have the chops to command a room with your singing, good or bad.
But if it’s good, you also have the chance to compete for $5,000 in Las Vegas this November.
First, you’ve got to get through the United States Karaoke Association (USKA) World Karaoke Cup Qualifier rounds. The first takes place this Sunday, August 2, with another chance on Sunday, August 30 at the Round-Up Saloon & Dance Hall.
You can also sign up to compete at another Dallas gay bar, ReView Lounge, on Saturday, August 1 and Saturday, August 29, giving you four opportunities to showcase your talents.

The past two winners have both hailed from Texas, so you have a great chanceto help continue our state’s winning ways.
The competition welcomes any song from any genre sung by any gender. (DEI is alive and well at the USKA!)
