Name one place where diversity, equity and inclusion will never be eliminated.
Hint: The answer’s in the headline!
That’s right, one of the queerest places on the planet, Provincetown, Massachusetts, welcomes visitors for a full summer of LGBTQ fabulousness.
Like the pilgrims who first landed here in 1620—nearly a month before Plymouth Rock—you’ll be beyond ecstatic to make landfall at this famed Cape Cod destination.
Starting this weekend through the end of September, P-town packs its calendar with so many programs and events for the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer and ally community, it’s challenging to decide when to plan a vacation.
Our two favorite places to stay when we visit Ptown are Boatslip Resort & Beach Club when we want to be right in the middle of the action (and possibly a little naughty). Or AWOL near the moors when we’re seeking a little quieter vibe that’s far enough from the hordes of gays, but not too far to get there quickly.
Read on for a breakdown of events, each worth getting the hell out of Texas for a few days (or months).
